A 360 assessment, administered through leadership development experts, KornFerry, developed by Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis. Improve emotional self awareness through participation in the ESCI. View your self assessment against the 12 EI competencies and consider how it may or may not differ from the reputation you have with your leaders and peers at work, as well as others who know you. Identify your strengths and create development goals to discuss with your coach during your personalized report debrief.
